Amanda joined the CMLC team in 2012 to lead the management of East Village Experience Centre – an 8,000 SF immersive community vision and sales space – which was instrumental in East Village’s early growth and success.
As Senior Manager of Community Engagement, Amanda leads CMLC’s public engagement strategies and oversees the organization’s programming and placemaking efforts, including CMLC’s on-the-ground EAST Team. Amanda’s leadership extends into the community through her role as Chair of the East Village Safety and Vitality Committee, working to ensure that everyone who lives, works and spends time in East Village feels safe and supported, and can access the services they need.
With a background in hospitality and tourism, and trained in IAP2 public consultation, Amanda is passionate about building communities and helping them thrive. Amanda also a past board member of Kids Up Front, which helps to connect deserving families to fun and enriching experiences.
