Jordan Polon, LPM, is the Executive Director of the Hartford Business Improvement District (HBID) in Hartford, Connecticut. Her professional career spans over two decades in urban place management, marketing, theater and event management, and pyrotechnics. Jordan is a Vice Chair of the IDA Board of Directors, member of the Downtown Achievement Awards Committee and U.S. Advocacy Network, and an alumni of the IDA Emerging Leader Fellowship, 2016 cohort.
