Ellen Riotto is the Executive Director of the South Park Business Improvement District, a 52-block neighborhood in downtown Los Angeles that includes STAPLES Center, L.A. LIVE, and the Convention Center, as well as a rapidly-growing residential community. Under Ellen’s leadership, the BID has expanded resident- and small-business-focused programming to keep pace with the growing population, and in 2019, the South Park BID was awarded the Best BID in DTLA by LA Downtown News readers. Ellen is a graduate of the Coro Fellowship program in Los Angeles and of IDA’s Emerging Leaders Fellowship. Ellen holds a degree in Psychology from New York University.
