Haley Tinkle is Director of Events for Downtown Vision. Her role is cultivating all things fun in Downtown Jacksonville. Her biggest fun-event, Art Walk, is hosted the first Wednesday of every month and brings an average of 5,000 visitors to the streets of #DTJax each month. Haley also leads the team in bringing to life events like Monthly Riverwalk Sip and Stroll, Halloweek, Dashing Through Downtown, Jax River Jams, the Annual #DTJax Awards, and the #DTJax Gala.
Haley has a five-year background in the event industry. Prior to Downtown Vision, Haley worked for The Glass Factory and Engine 15 Brewing Company’s Downtown Taproom for two years as their Retail and Events Manager, and prior to that, empowering women with Rethreaded as their Assistant Manager of Business Development. She also owns her own photography business, Haley Wright Photography, and works as an associate wedding planner with Southern Charm Events.
Haley is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Florida. She enjoys spending time with her family and her fur-babies: Apollo, Dolly, Roux, Gretchen and Chandler.
Haley has a heart for cultivating community. She serves on the board of Ollie’s Global and is on the special events committee for Rethreaded.
