COVID-19: An IDA Member Community Discussion – Research / Data Collection

When:  Apr 3, 2020 from 11:15 to 12:15 (ET)

Friday, April 3, 2020 | 11:15am ET (8:15am PT)

The quickly evolving impacts of the coronavirus on downtowns, center cities and neighborhood districts have all IDA members reacting in real time. This is a time when our community of professionals can benefit from the combined wisdom within IDA and together begin to understand how communities are responding and recovering.

As the pandemic continues to upend our districts, member communities are seeing stark economic impacts across all sectors – whether in small businesses, retail and restaurants, hotels, tourism and beyond. Data collection to quantify these impacts is critical in planning for the recovery and in advocating for funding relief from the public sector at all levels and potential private funds.
